Zeke Straw - Director of Tennis, USPTA Pro
Zeke grew up in New Hampshire where he competed and was a top ranked junior in New England. He spent four years playing high school tennis and went on to play for the Division III championship team at Flager College in Florida. Zeke attended Tamarack Tennis Camp for 12 years, eventually becoming the director of their junior development program. He originally came to Northstar to teach skiing, taking over as tennis director in 1990. Zeke has been teaching for over 30 years. "My love for teaching and playing gets stronger every year". |

Dirk Haas - Assistant Tennis Professional, USPTR Pro
Dirk grew up in the Sacramento area and moved to Lake Tahoe where he has competed in tennis and skiing. Dirk has been a tennis and ski coach for over 25 years. Dirk posted his most impressive wins in the 40 and over USTA events with wins over the #1 ranked player in NorCal. Dirk has a love and passion for teaching that is apparent in his success with some of the world's best athletes. |

Malcolm Ridenour - Assistant tennis professional, USPTA Pro
Malcolm grew up in Southern California where he started his tennis career. Malcolm has become a top trainer for skiing and tennis over the last 5 years. He is a consummate professional and was voted pro of the year in 2004. Malcolm loves to compete in USTA leagues and tournaments. He works on his own game as diligently as his students. Malcolm heads up our junior programs and has increased the participation by 30% over the last 4 years. |

Shayne is a Truckee native. He brings youth, excitement and his specactular ski racing career to the courts. Shayne grew up in the Sacramento junior tennis program where he honed his skills. He is currently attending the University of Nevada Reno. A great addition to our already dynamic team. |

Guillaume played collegiate tennis for

and two years for the University of Nevada, Reno Wolf Pack. Guillaume
is a native of Valenciennes, France
and brings both a European and competitive collegiate perspective to our team. His upbeat and energetic approach to teaching tennis combines fun and challenge for a stimulating learning experience. |
